[Kurogane was more than properly clued in without the added hints, but they weren't unwelcome. If nothing else they just added fuel to the fire, teeth, tongue and lips claiming Fai's throat with abandon. This battle, being here in Nihon, facing these foes, it gave a new intensity and passion with which he drew his blade. It left him with a high that only the thrill of battle could give. And having this man at his back, fighting so seamlessly together even now, no, especially now, to protect his homeland, it drove a different passion home hard.
A soft growl rumbled from the ninja in answer to the speechless request to press closer, heat rushing through his veins as he molded his body to the other man's. One hand gripped the jut of a lean hip while his flesh and blood hand slid into silken strands and tangled there.
And to draw out more of those breathy moans and gasps, there may just be a few marks being left upon that pale skin.]

[The feed ends and the light cast by the phone shows Kurogane as he sits up in the darkness, breathing hard.] Haven't thought about that in a while...
[He ignores the phone, climbs out from under the warm futon and crosses the room to the sliding door and pushing it open to show the snow coming down outside. He takes a seat right there in the open doorway to watch the snow come down before the feed times out on its own.]

The magician hasn't woken up yet. It's been over a day and normal means aren't doing anything to wake him up. Looks like a sleep coma. Just so everyone is aware of it.
Everyone at the onsen, we're going to have to divide up kitchen duties until he wakes up. I'll handle today.

[The video feed clicks on at an odd angle. Clearly this is an accidental broadcast. From the ground, a pair of legs stalk by and a young teenager by the looks of the build comes into view further away into the image. He has short spikey black hair and is clutching a clearly-too-large yukata around him, glaring about with angry red eyes.]
W-Where am I? HELLO?
OI! I need to get back home, my mother is waiting for me!
[Growls then starts as a scarecrow walks by him.] Wh-WHAT is going on here?!
[Grips the sword in his hands a little tighter and scoots back out of the video's feed.

I've put out this call once before without much success, but people have come and gone and now I need someone, so... Tch. Is there a mechanic here who could deal with an artificial limb?
*The Dreamberry's camera is pulled outward, showing he's shirtless and then shifted to the side, putting the arm in question in view of the camera. There is a fully mechanical limb from shoulder to fingers in place of his left arm, made of complex pieces that almost resembled human muscle structure simply in metal. However, it's clear it's seen some better days even if it was still working. Also, the shoulder it's attached to is wrapped in bandages.* This is what you'd have to work with. It got some damage in a fight about a week ago.

If not, is there a doctor willing to try and work with something like this anyhow or at least one willing to sell me some stronger pain meds?

Anyone who plays lots of RPGs ICly though may feel like they are watching one, right down to the battle transition scene, the turn-based action and specialized roles. People viewing the dream can even hear battle music and victory music at the end of the fight LOL

After that and having heard that the same was happening to everyone else he hadn't slept for the next night at all.
He'd planned on trying to keep that up for as long as possible, but the cold had made that hard. The only way to keep even remotely tolerable temperature-wise was to sleep with the magician and the kid. And he'd fallen asleep in the quiet while they slept.
He reached over and shut off his phone without a word and tossed it across the room without even sitting up. He stared at the ceiling, determined to stay awake through the rest of the dark hours of early morning. He was not going to have the same damn nightmare twice in one night at least.*

Dream Effects (if you so choose): Starts with extreme frustration tinged with a fear of loss and a heightened sense of adrenaline and urgency. There is a searing pain on the right side of the torso/stomach area as well. As the dream progresses there is a growing sense of desperation and struggle against feelings of helplessness and fear.
Amazingly, there is no interference in the transmission of this dream despite the ice storm and Dreamberry issues.Though the ice storm is totally the cause of the dream itself.
